Produce is coming!

This week we would like to take you on a short tour of our produce fields, considering it is still April, things are beginning to shape up!

Here is our garlic patch, mid October we planted over 40 pounds of seed stock, we should begin to harvest late June!

This is our first planting of field greens, planted in mid April.  We have lettuce, spinach, and arugula, which should be ready for harvest mid May.

Here is our spring onion crop, we planted more than 60 pounds of onion sets which should be ready for the first harvest early in May.

Sugar snap peas have broken through the ground.  Look for them in June!

And finally, here is our strawberry patch!  Look for these weeks ahead of the other growers!!!
