Sorry for 2 emails in 1 week, but we forgot to mention that when we return we will be processing our last round of chickens for the year...they will not be available again until early March 2012! Although this is a large round, we do not anticipate them lasting past Christmas, so we wanted to give you ample opportunity to place pre-orders. Because they are vacuum sealed in freezer grade plastic, they will last for months in your freezer. We will have split chickens available, but they must be preordered before December 15th.

Chickens: Whole, and split chickens, livers, and pet food will be available Dec. 20th
Whole Chickens - $3.75 per pound
1/2 Chickens - $4.00 per pound
Pet food - $3.75 per pound
Chicken livers - $3.50 per pound.
